What is a wood culture, why do we need it and why should you support it? A wood culture is a way of saying we believe in ourselves, that we have the ability to be innovative in our thinking and in our practise and because our future depends upon it.

BC Builds a Wood Culture' is about a bold new vision for our forest and wood products industry. The Thinking Outside the Box brochure tells the story - the vision, the possibilities and the steps to take. Building a wood culture is about building sustainability - for our resources and for our communities. Wood WORKS! has witnessed the enthusiasm and economic return that building a wood culture can create. A positive and empowering wood culture building process has started at the grassroots!
Floatingrock was given the task of developing the icon related to the Be the Builder campaign as well as all supporting collateral. The first task was to define the concept and develop a positioning slogan that encapsulated this concept. Working with Wood WORKS! Provincial Coordinator Roseline Ferre, principle of R.M. Ferré & Associates and Gordon Leighton from Leighton Marketing the THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX campaign was created.
