Prince George, B.C.— www.woodchampions.com has been launched and Floatingrock.com is excited to have played a role in its architecture, design, layout and promotion. Woodchampions.com is the cornerstone platform for marketing, data collection, and organization for the Wood Culture Network.  In addition to providing both online and printed directories, the Wood culture Network was conceived to celebrate the individuals and organizations that champion the use of wood as structural, decorative, and artistic materials. This initiative is sponsored by the Wood WORKS! Organization.  Wood WORKS! provided the vision and contributed financial support for the development of this web application. The talented individuals working for Wood WORKS! are visionary and progressive in their words and actions. The Wood Culture Network is just another example of this forward thinking. The Wood Culture Network’s directories will list, architects, engineers, technologists, quantity surveyors, builders, developers and wood product manufacturers that have promoted wood use in building.
Along with the web application, Floatingrock was provided the opportunity to develop and produce the marketing materials for the Wood Culture Network in close collaboration with Leighton Marketing and Roseline Ferre from Wood WORKS!
