Prince George, BC - We are very pleased to announce that Floatingrock.com has been selected by Initiatives Prince George, to develop a comprehensive web application to support the efforts of Initiatives and its agencies. Floatingrock distinguished itself as a high-tech firm capable of developing advanced technologies, and with a proven track record of delivering on complex undertakings.
Initiatives Prince George is a municipally owned corporation, with a fresh identity and an aggressive approach to facilitating Prince George's economic growth and diversification. It is the City’s primary marketing arm, consolidating investment, tourism and film marketing responsibilities.

Another key aspect of this project is the incorporation of the new Initiatives visual identity across all of the sites. Initiatives Prince George’s branding, developed by MarketPULSE, was launched in late October of 2002. Their brand promise is to be "In Step" with the business community, and "On Course" with a strategy for the future.
