Floatingrock Organization Changes

Calgary, Alberta – Floatingrock is pleased to announce the following organizational changes: it has just completed a restructuring of its corporate ownership, through a joint venture agreement with Apps on the Web, Inc. (another well-established technology company based in Alberta), and through the acquisition of AIT Systems, Inc. (a well-established IT developer based in British Columbia).
“This marks a historic point in our 10-year history,” says Fausto Mauro, Floatingrock’s founder and CEO. “We are particularly excited about future plans for our flagship product: the Serenity Business Application Suite. Our list of national and international customers continues to grow, and I am pleased to be in such a strong position to direct our company toward achieving its goals.”
Floatingrock has performed exceptionally well this year, with several exciting business development opportunities. The company has significantly increased sales in its graphic design and communication services, and a number of businesses have expressed intent to license the Serenity technology for their own customers.

Floatingrock and Apps on the Web are pleased to announce a joint venture that will significantly increase sales and marketing opportunities for the Serenity Business Application Suite – nationally and internationally.
Acquisitions:
Effective June 1, 2006
Floatingrock has acquired AIT Systems, Inc. (Agile IT) and its customer accounts. Floatingrock and Agile IT have worked closely for many years, and this is the direction in which both organizations have been moving since they formed a strategic partnership in 2003. This latest step allows the development team at Agile IT to turn its full attention toward technology research and development, and it further consolidates Floatingrock’s position in the market.
